Ready for the next 6 months of the year? ✨

It might already be July but if you haven’t already it’s worth looking back at the first 6 months to evaluate and then make some plans for the next 6 months so that you smash this year! I’ve had so many changes to my work life since the start of 2023 and it all happened because I said yes to a piece of work that I normally wouldn’t have. An uncomfortable yes but it took me out of my comfort zone and changed everything up!

How do you start your morning? In all the time I’ve been self employed I’ve had a morning routine and a workspace to work at just like I would if I had job. For me that means, getting up, dressed and having some sort of routine. It really helps me be productive. After I’ve dropped the kids off at school (or clubs as it is this week!), I head home, make tea, write my to do list and then get started. What’s your routine like?

I help solo and small business owners get seen online and grow their community. I'm an online content creator with a focus on blogging, email marketing and social media strategy. As an ex small business owner of over 12 years I know what it's like to run a small business both good and bad. The pandemic impacted my business, my studio closed and I moved my business mostly online. I'd been helping people with their cake businesses with online courses during lockdowns and 18 months ago I decided I wanted to shift my focus and help solo and small business owners in the creative industry.
